Jensen's Old Fashioned Smokehouse, Inc. is recalling Jack's Fish Spot Hot Smoked Atlantic Garlic & Pepper Chunks because it may not be labeled "KEEP FROZEN" and the product has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.
