According to the recall notification from S. Martinelli, there is a possibility of small glass chips at the top of the bottles occurring when opening the bottle, which could potentially enter the beverage which could result in consumers potentially being cut or injured if a chip occurs.
The product was distributed to 27 Costco stores. There were no foreign consignees.
