This proposed AD was prompted by reports of engine in-flight shut-downs (IFSDs) caused by the premature failure of certain parts. This proposed AD would prohibit the installation of certain lubrication/scavenge pumps unless certain installation criteria are met. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products."}
