The negative declarations submitted by the DCDOEE certify that there are no existing large municipal waste combustors (LMWC), crude oil and natural gas facilities (ONG), or electric utility generating units (EGU) subject to sections 111(d) and 129 of the Clean Air Act (CAA) within the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia."}
