In addition, one of the commenters suggested amendments to remove additional obsolete regulatory text. NHTSA is adopting the proposed changes with amendments made in response to the comments. The final rule also amends FMVSS No. 305a, \"Electric-Powered Vehicles: Electric Powertrain Integrity\" and FMVSS No. 307, \"Fuel System Integrity of Hydrogen Vehicles\" to delete reference to sections of FMVSS No. 214 removed by this final rule."}
