Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than NV during the POR. Furthermore, we are rescinding the review with respect to 53 companies and intend to rescind the review with respect to four companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review."}
