## Abstract

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing a final rule to implement the "Federal Policy on Research Misconduct" (the Federal Policy) issued by the Executive Office of the President's Office of Science and Technology Policy on December 6, 2000. This rule will assist NASA in addressing allegations of research misconduct.
