The order stated that, during drilling operations, a section of material fell off the upper face of a highwall below the track drill. This condition required that the track drill be withdrawn from the area to conduct an evaluation of the integrity of the highwall. The order was terminated shortly after inspection and consultation between the third-party driller and blaster, Company personnel, and the MSHA inspector. The track drill was relocated and normal operations were resumed. No one was injured with respect to the incident.\n\nSIGNATURES\n\nPursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.\n\nArcosa, Inc.\n\n(Registrant)\n\nJuly 15, 2026By:/s/ Bryan P.
