Disclosure Controls and Procedures.\n\nOur Chief Executive Officer (*principal executive officer*) and Head of Finance (*principal financial officer*), after evaluating the effectiveness of our disclosure controls and procedures (as defined in Rule 13a-15(e) of the Exchange Act) as of December 31, 2024 and 2025, have concluded that, as of such date, our disclosure controls and procedures were not effective due to material weaknesses identified during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and described below. Nevertheless, management believes that the consolidated financial statements and related financial information included in this Annual Report on Form 20-F fairly present in all material respects our financial condition, results of operations and cash flows as in conformity with IFRS Accounting Standards.\n\nManagement’s Annual Report on Internal Control over Financial Reporting\n\nOur management is responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate internal controls over financial reporting (as defined in Rules 13a-15(f) and 15d-15(f) under the Exchange Act) and for the assessment of the effectiveness of our internal control over financial reporting. Under the supervision and with the participation of our Chief Executive Officer (*principal executive officer*) and Head of Finance (*principal financial officer*), management assessed our internal control over financial reporting based upon the framework in *Internal Control—Integrated Framework* (2013) issued by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO). Based on this assessment, our management has concluded that our internal control over financial reporting was not effective as of December 31, 2025 due to one material weaknesses identified during the preparation of our half-year consolidated financial statements relating to an accounting treatment that was not fully compliant with IFRS Accounting Standards.\n\nAttestation Report of the Registered Public Accounting Firm\n\nThis Annual Report does not include an attestation report of our registered public accounting firm.
