A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.\n\n \n\nIn connection with our name change, our\nboard of directors amended and restated our bylaws to reflect our new corporate name, also effective on May 15, 2026. A copy of our\nSecond Amended and Restated Bylaws reflecting this amendment is attached as Exhibit 3.2 hereto and incorporated by reference.\n\n \n\nAs a result of this change, our common stock will\ntrade on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the new ticker symbol “AIFA” effective on or about May 19, 2026. Our outstanding stock\nis not affected by the name change; they continue to be valid and need not be exchanged."}
