(“Deel”),\nwhich provides consulting services to Firefly Neuroscience, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), entered into an\nemployment agreement (the “Issachar Employment Agreement”) with Gil Issachar (“Issachar”), formerly the Chief\nTechnology Officer of the Company, pursuant to which Issachar now serves as the Head of AI and Neuroscience of the Company. The Issachar\nEmployment Agreement supersedes any prior terms and conditions of any employment agreement between the Company and Issachar. In connection\nwith Issachar’s role change, the board of directors of the Company determined that effective June 18, 2026, Issachar is no longer\nclassified as a Section 16 officer or executive officer of the Company.\n\n \n\nThe foregoing description of the Issachar Employment\nAgreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Addendum, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report\non Form 8-K."}
