CYBERSECURITY**\n\n \n\n**Risk\nmanagement and strategy**\n\n \n\nWe\nrecognize the critical importance of developing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard our information\nsystems and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data. We have established policies and processes for assessing,\nidentifying, and managing material risk from cybersecurity threats. We assess risks from cybersecurity threats against our information\nsystems that may result in adverse effects on our information systems or any information residing therein. We conduct periodic and ad-hoc\nassessments to identify cybersecurity threats.\n\n \n\nFollowing\nthese risk assessments, we evaluate whether and how to re-design, implement, and maintain reasonable safeguards to mitigate identified\nrisks and reasonably address any identified gaps in existing safeguards. IT leadership reports to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to\nmanage the risk assessment and mitigation process. We monitor and test our safeguards and train our employees on these safeguards, in\ncollaboration with human resources, IT, and management. We promote a company-wide culture of cybersecurity risk management.\n\n \n\n*Risks\nfrom Cybersecurity Threats*\n\n \n\nWe\nhave not encountered cybersecurity challenges that have materially impaired our operations or financial standing during the fiscal year\nended December 31, 2025.\n\n \n\n**Governance**\n\n \n\nOur\nboard of directors is responsible for monitoring and assessing strategic risk exposure. Our board of directors administers its cybersecurity\nrisk oversight function directly as a whole, as well as through the Audit Committee. Our executive management team inform the Audit Committee\non cybersecurity risks on a regular basis, with a minimum frequency of once per year.\n\n \n\nOur\ninternal cybersecurity coordinator is responsible for assessing and managing our material risks from cybersecurity threats, in close\ncollaboration with our IT team and report to our CEO. This ensures that the senior management are kept abreast of the cybersecurity posture\nand potential risks faced by the Company."}
