The mix of the Company’s commercial and government/defense markets presents a challenge in constructing a peer group, given that many government/defense contractors have substantially greater resources than the Company.\n\n*Dividends*\n\nWe did not declare any dividends in fiscal 2024, 2025, or 2026.
