(the “Company”) is deeply saddened to report that Ian Ratcliffe, a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), passed away on July 5, 2026. The Company’s management and Board extend their sincerest condolences to Mr. Ratcliffe’s family. Mr. Ratcliffe served as an independent director on the Board since February 2024.
