Dr. McGrath served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the\n“**Board**”) since its initial public offering in June 2021.\n\n \n\nWilliam B. Horne, the Chairman\nof the Board, said, “It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lynne Fahey McGrath, M.P.H., Ph.D. \nLynne was a passionate director who always prioritized the needs of Alzamend when deciding on the future strategy of the Company. She\nwas thoughtful in her approach to corporate governance, unselfish of her time and provided significant insights and biopharmaceutical\nknowledge.  Very few people are irreplaceable, Lynne is one of those select few.
