Other Events.**\n\n \n\nIn connection with the\nSpecial Meeting, holders of 9,029 shares of Class A Common Stock elected to redeem their shares. The redemption of such shares is conditioned\non, and will not occur until, the consummation of the Company's initial business combination. If the business combination is not consummated,\nthe shares tendered for redemption will not be redeemed and will be returned to the holders thereof.\n\n \n\nOn\nSeptember 10, 2026, the Company caused to be deposited $271.48 into the Company’s trust account allowing the Company to extend the\nperiod of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from September 14, 2026 to October 14, 2026 (the “Monthly\nExtension”).
