(NASDAQ: BANX) (the “Company”),\na closed-end investment company. The Company has appointed Katherine Jones, 41, as Chief Financial Officer, effective as of the\nEffective Date. Ms. Jones has been a key member of the ArrowMark Financial team since ArrowMark Partners assumed management of\n\n \n\nthe Company in 2019. Over the past seven years, she has been integral\nto the operations of the Fund, demonstrating deep expertise and a sustained commitment to the Company’s investment objectives\nand shareholder interests. Ms. Jones is not expected to receive any compensation from the Company for her services as its Chief\nFinancial Officer.\n\n \n\nFurther, Dana Staggs has resigned as President of the Company, effective\nas of the Effective Date.
