The Company intends to file a Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A with the Securities and Exchange Commission\nthat includes an additional proposal to be voted on by stockholders and the Board determined additional time was necessary for stockholders\nto consider the proxy materials. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Company’s offices, 2 Burlington Woods Drive, Ste 100, Burlington,\nMA 01803, on September 28, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time and the new record date for the Annual Meeting will be August 6, 2026.
