Legal Proceedings**\n\n \n\nWe\nmay occasionally become involved in various claims and legal proceedings that are generally considered normal and incidental to our business.\nThese might include product liability, intellectual property, employment issues, personal injury claims from our employees’ actions,\nand other general claims. Regardless of the outcome, litigation can adversely affect us, including increased defense costs and settlements,\ndiversion of management resources, and other impacts.\n\n \n\nWe\nare currently engaged in litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. This civil lawsuit was filed by\na holder of our preferred stock. The case number of this lawsuit is 1:26-CV-20-ABJ. The plaintiff, GHS Investments, LLC, seeks the Court’s\nappointment of a custodian or receiver for Bubblr, Inc., based on a number of assertions, many of which are inaccurate or unfounded.\nOur management believes that this lawsuit is flawed and defensible in Court. We cannot predict the outcome of this lawsuit at this time,\nas we are in negotiations with the plaintiff regarding the dismissal of the case."}
