Each director nominated was elected, the Company’s executive compensation program was approved on an advisory basis, KPMG LLP was ratified as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026, the 2026 LTIP was approved and the ESPP was approved.\n\nAs of March 23, 2026, the record date, there were 991,757,347 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
