Upon effectiveness of the Form 25, TopBuild intends to file a Form 15 with the SEC requesting the deregistration of TopBuild\nShares under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act and the suspension of TopBuild’s reporting obligations under Sections 13\nand 15(d) of the Exchange Act.\n\n \n\n3"}
