(the “Company”), informed the Company of her resignation from her current role, effective on or around August 31, 2026, to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Tkach’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s independent auditors or any member of management on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or internal controls.\n\nThe Company has initiated a process to identify a successor principal accounting officer. Jason Ream, the Company’s Head of Finance and Administration, will assume the role of interim principal accounting officer following Ms. Tkach’s departure.
