The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Company was held on August 25, 2025 and as the 2026 Annual Meeting is being held not more than 30 days before the anniversary of the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, any notice intended to be given by a shareholder with respect to the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting pursuant to the Company's Bylaws must have been received at the Company's principal executive office no later than the close of business on April 27, 2026. No such proposals were received. Additional information regarding the 2026 Annual Meeting will be set forth in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the 2026 Annual Meeting to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about July 1, 2026."}
