A telephonic\nplayback will be available through Thursday, May 28, 2026.\n\n \n\n**Use\nof Non-GAAP Measures**\n\n \n\nBarfresh\nFood Group Inc. prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United\nStates (“GAAP”). In order to aid in the understanding of the Company’s business performance, the Company has also presented\ncertain non-GAAP measures, including EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA, which are reconciled to net (loss) in the schedules to the press release\nfurnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
