(the “Company”) as Co-President, Head of Shareholder Relations and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective June 24, 2026.\n\nMs. Koplewicz’s departure was a personal decision and was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board or Blackstone.\n\nMs. Koplewicz has been an incredible leader and friend to the Blackstone Real Estate team.
