The stock repurchase program expired on February 28, 2026.\n\nOn March 16, 2026, the Company announced a new stock repurchase program. Under the new stock repurchase program, the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $15 million of its Common Stock, or an aggregate of 550,000 shares of common stock.
