(“the\nCompany”) notified the Nasdaq Global Market (the “Exchange”) on April 13, 2026 that all shares of its 8.75% Series\nB Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Series B Preferred Stock”) will be redeemed.\nThe Company requested that the Exchange (i) delist the Series B Preferred Stock from the Exchange and (ii) file with the Securities and\nExchange Commission a Form 25 Notification of Removal From Listing and/or Registration to delist and deregister the Series B Preferred\nStock under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
