We do not believe\nthat the outcomes of these legal proceedings have had in the recent past, or will have (with respect to any pending proceedings), significant\neffects on our financial position or profitability.\n\n \n\n**Dividends**\n\n \n\nSubject\nto the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and any rights attaching to any class or classes of shares under\nand in accordance with the Company’s Articles, the directors may declare dividends or distributions out of our funds which are\nlawfully available for that purpose.\n\n \n\nUnless\nprovided by the rights attached to a share, no dividend shall bear interest.\n\n \n\n57\n\n \n\n \n\nWe\nhave never declared or paid any dividends on our Common Shares. We do not anticipate paying any dividends in the foreseeable future.\nWe currently intend to retain any future earnings to fund business development and growth, and we do not expect to pay any dividends\nin the foreseeable future.
