On July 11, 2024 the Company\nannounced the expansion of the Company’s on-going share repurchase program by an additional $2 billion. Under the current plan,\nthe Board of Directors is authorized to repurchase up to $325 million a quarter of ordinary shares, and in connection with our convertible\nnotes offering in December 2025, the Board of Directors was authorized to repurchase an additional $100 million of ordinary shares\n.
