The requested increase is based on a projected test year for the 12-month period ending December 31, 2027, a return on equity of 10.35% and an equity ratio of 54.6%.\n\nThe Illinois Commission is expected to rule on the requested increase within the 11-month statutory time limit, after which rate adjustments will be effective.
