The Certificate Administrator was subsequently notified by the\nMaster Servicer on July 17, 2026 and on July 21, 2026 of payment revisions to\ncorrect the application of liquidation proceeds received with respect to the\nSugar Creek I & II Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 4 on Annex A-1 of the\nprospectus supplement of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on\nMay 13, 2014 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)) from ASER recoveries and recoveries of\nprior special servicer fees to principal proceeds. This resulted in an\nadditional principal payment to the Class B Certificateholders in an amount\nequal to $2,851,173.01 and an overpayment of interest to the Class D\nCertificateholders in an amount equal to $2,851,173.01.
