Under the direction and authority of the court-appointed\nReceiver for the Partnership, Evan Cutler had previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Highline Management, Inc. (“Highline”),\npursuant to which he also functioned as the Partnership’s principal financial and accounting officer.
