Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the CSMC\n2016-NXSR PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as special servicer\nof the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan and Midland Loan Services, A Division of PNC\nBank, National Association, a national banking association (“Midland”), was\nappointed as the successor special servicer of the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan\nunder the CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction\nmanagement, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective\nas of July 9, 2026, the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced,\nif necessary, pursuant to the CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA, by Midland.
