Properties**\n\n \n\nIn November 2022, we acquired a majority interest\nin a property in Stafford, Virginia. The property is tenanted by third parties. KDM took possession of properties in Acton, Massachusetts\nand St. Louis, Missouri, both office properties, via foreclosure and deed in lieu, respectively, in 2024. In 2025, we took possession\nof property in Los Angeles, CA and Selma, TX via deed in lieu of foreclosure. We manage these properties under our Asset Management segment.\nPlease see Segment Reporting (Note 19).\n\n \n\nWe lease office space in Coral Gables, Florida,\nand through our J. W.
