Pursuant to Section 6.4(a) of the CSMC 2017-CALI\nTSA, Green Loan Services LLC was removed as special servicer of the One\nCalifornia Plaza Mortgage Loan and Situs Holdings, LLC (“Situs”), a\nDelaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special\nservicer of the One California Plaza Mortgage Loan under the CSMC 2017-CALI\nTSA.\n\nThis Current Report on Form\n8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of June 22, 2026, the One\nCalifornia Plaza Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary,\npursuant to the CSMC 2017-CALI TSA, by Situs.
