On May 19, 2022, we were notified by the NYSE that the staff of NYSE Regulation determined to commence proceedings to delist our ADSs from the NYSE. Trading in our ADSs was suspended after the market close on the NYSE on May 19, 2022. On June 6, 2022, the NYSE filed a Form 25 with the SEC to strike our ADSs from listing, which became effective 10 days after the filing.\n\nOur ADSs, each representing 650 Class A ordinary shares, have been quoted on the OTC Pink Limited Information under the symbol “CTKYY” after the NYSE suspended the trading of our ADSs on May 19, 2022. On April 2, 2025, the Depositary notified us of its resignation as depositary bank of our ADR program. The termination of the Deposit Agreement became effective on January 5, 2026, and as a result, our ADSs were delisted from the OTC Pink Limited Information on January 6, 2026.\n\n**B.****Plan of Distribution**\n\nNot applicable.\n\n**C.****Markets**\n\nOur ADSs have been quoted on the OTC Pink Limited Information under the symbol “CTKYY” after the NYSE suspended the trading of our ADSs on May 19, 2022.
