Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA, Trimont LLC\nwas removed as special servicer of the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan and Green\nLoan Services LLC (“Green Loan”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special\nservicer of the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan under the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction\nmanagement, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that,\neffective as of July 14, 2026, the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan will be\nspecially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA, by Green\nLoan.
