Torchlight\nwas appointed at the direction of Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, the directing holder under the BAMLL 2020-BOC TSA. As special servicer\nfor the Bravern Office Commons Non-Serviced Loan Combination, Torchlight will be responsible for the servicing and administration of the\nBravern Office Commons Non-Serviced Loan Combination if it becomes specially serviced (and the servicing and administration of any related\nREO property) and processing and performing certain reviews of material actions with respect to the Bravern Office Commons Non-Serviced\nLoan Combination when the Bravern Office Commons Non-Serviced Loan Combination is not specially serviced.
