(the “Company”) completed\nits public offering of an aggregate of 2,500,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company (“Common Stock”)\nat a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the public offering were $40 million, before deducting\nunderwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company has granted the underwriters\na 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of its Common Stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting\ndiscounts and commissions. The Company’s Common Stock began trading on Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “FISN”\non June 18, 2026.
