Pursuant to Section\n6.08(a) of the BMO 2023-5C2 PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as\nspecial servicer of the Westfarms Mortgage Loan and CWCapital Asset Management LLC (“CWCAM”), a Delaware limited\nliability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the\nWestfarms Mortgage Loan under the BMO\n2023-5C2 PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction management, this\nCurrent Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 15,\n2026, the Westfarms Mortgage\nLoan will be specially serviced, if necessary,\npursuant to the BMO 2023-5C2 PSA, by CWCAM.
