Pursuant to Section\n6.08(a) of the BMO 2023-5C2 PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as\nspecial servicer of the Westfarms Mortgage Loan and CWCapital Asset Management LLC (“CWCAM”), a Delaware limited\nliability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the\nWestfarms Mortgage Loan under the BMO\n2023-5C2 PSA.\n\nThis Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to\nrecord that, effective as of July 15, 2026, the Westfarms Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BMO 2023-5C2\nPSA, by CWCAM.
