Pursuant to Section 6.08(a) of the BMO 2023-5C2 PSA,\nGreystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as special servicer of the 369\nLexington Avenue & 2 West 46th Street Mortgage Loan and CWCapital Asset Management LLC (“CWCAM”),\na Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special\nservicer of the 369 Lexington Avenue & 2 West 46th Street Mortgage\nLoan under the BMO 2023-5C2 PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction management, this\nCurrent Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July\n15, 2026, the 369 Lexington Avenue & 2 West 46th Street Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BMO 2023-5C2\nPSA, by CWCAM.
