Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the BANK5 2024-5YR8 PSA,\nGreystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as special servicer of the 640 5th\nAvenue Mortgage Loan and Torchlight Loan Services, LLC (“Torchlight”), a\nDelaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special\nservicer of the 640 5th Avenue Mortgage Loan under the BANK5 2024-5YR8 PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction management, this\nCurrent Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 2,\n2026, the 640 5th Avenue Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if\nnecessary, pursuant to the BANK5 2024-5YR8 PSA, by Torchlight.
