(the “Company”) is providing\nthe following update regarding the current availability of its SafeDeal Connect mobile application.\n\n \n\nThe SafeDeal Connect application was previously\navailable through both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. However, the Android version of the application was subsequently\nremoved from the Google Play platform and is currently unavailable through Google Play.\n\n \n\nThe Company is currently working to restore the\navailability of the Android version of the application on the Google Play Store.\n\n \n\nAt this time, the SafeDeal Connect application\nremains available for iOS users through the Apple App Store at the following link and continues to operate on that platform: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/safe-deal-connect/id6477819843\n\n \n\nThe Company has also updated the information on\nits website, https://safedealconnect.com/, to reflect that the Android version of the application is currently unavailable through Google\nPlay.\n\n \n\nThe Company continues to work toward restoring\nthe Android version of the application to the Google Play Store.
