Pursuant to\nSection 7.01(d) of the BBCMS 2025-5C33 PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was\nremoved as special servicer of the Soho House Chicago Mortgage Loan and\nCWCapital Asset Management LLC (“CWCAM”), a Delaware limited liability company,\nwas appointed as the successor special servicer of the Soho House Chicago\nMortgage Loan under the BBCMS 2025-5C33 PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction management, this\nCurrent Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of June 29,\n2026, the Soho House Chicago Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if\nnecessary, pursuant to the BBCMS 2025-5C33 PSA, by CWCAM.
