The BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.6 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 27, 2026, and filed by the registrant on January 29, 2026, under Commission File No. 333-280224-12.\n\nEffective as of July 2, 2026, Greystone Servicing Company LLC has been terminated as special servicer with respect to the Cummins Station whole loan under the BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA, and Torchlight Loan Services, LLC has been appointed to act as successor special servicer with respect to the Cummins Station whole loan under the BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA.
