Pursuant to Section 3.22(b) of the BMARK 2025-V17\nPSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as special servicer of the\n1000 Portside Drive Mortgage Loan and Torchlight Loan Services, LLC\n(“Torchlight”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the\nsuccessor special servicer of the 1000 Portside Drive Mortgage Loan under the\nBMARK 2025-V17 PSA.\n\nIn the interest of transaction management, this\nCurrent Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July\n8, 2026, the 1000 Portside Drive Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if\nnecessary, pursuant to the BMARK 2025-V17 PSA, by Torchlight.
