A description of the Fund’s valuation process was included under “[Item 9. Market Price of and Dividends on the Registrant’s Common Equity and Related Unitholder Matters](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2079966/000121390025091204/ea0257936-1012ga1_macquarie.htm#a_012)” of the Fund’s Registration Statement on Form 10 filed on September 24, 2025.
