Each of the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee,\nthe Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of the Prospectus (other than information with\nrespect to itself that is set forth in or omitted from the Prospectus), in the absence of specific written notice to the contrary from\nthe Depositor or Mortgage Loan Sellers. Each of the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee, the\nMaster Servicer and the Special Servicer (in its capacity as such) shall be entitled to conclusively assume that there is no “significant\nobligor” other than a party identified as such in the Prospectus.
