Columbia Financial also announced that at a Special Meeting of Members of the MHC held on June 29, 2026, the depositors of Columbia Bank approved the Conversion.\n\nThe press release also announced that the resolicitation of maximum purchasers in the subscription offering of Columbia Financial, Inc., a newly formed Maryland corporation and the proposed successor to Columbia Financial, concluded on June 30, 2026.\n\nA copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference."}
